
Helen is a qualified Personal Trainer, Breathwork Coach, and Nordic Walking Instructor, offering an integrated approach to health and wellbeing. With experience working in both the UK and the Middle East, she combines physical training, mindful movement, and breathwork to support clients in achieving strength, vitality and a life in balance.
Beginning her career as a personal trainer, Helen recognised that many clients—particularly postnatal women and those navigating perimenopause and midlife —were seeking a more holistic path to wellness. This insight led to further training in breathwork, enabling her to incorporate transformative mind-body techniques into both individual and group sessions.
