How it works...

Our accreditation process is designed to bethorough yet straightforward

. Here’s what to expect:

1. Apply Online

Complete a simple application form with details about your retreat, venue, or business.

2. Documentation Review

We assess your policies, participant terms, safety measures, and legal compliance, including Seller of Travel laws.

3. Accreditation Assessment

We evaluate your retreat offering against our key benchmarks, which include safety, participant experience, and ethical marketing practices.

4. Ongoing Professional Development

Accredited retreat leaders must complete annual CPD (Continuing Professional Development) hours to maintain accreditation, ensuring that you stay ahead of industry best practices.

5. Approval & Certification

Once approved, you will receive official accreditation status, along with a digital badge to display on your website and marketing materials. We will contact you 6 weeks ahead of your annual renewal to gather your documentation for the upcoming period.

What's the investment?

Accreditation starts from just £300 a year.

Or just £29 a month (save 2+ months membership by paying annually)

If you have your own Tour Operator Liability cover and Financial Failure insurance then you can be a member with accreditation for all of your retreats for just £300 a year.

However, we know just how much time, money, effort and due dilligence needs to go into getting this kind of cover in place - it's not like an insurance policy you can just buy - you have to apply and go through a rigourous process to get it in place. It is also very costly (approx £3k a year combined) and just doesn't make it a viable option for retreat leaders who aren't running at least 3+ retreats a year.

That's where our ghost hosting service comes in!

With Level 1/2/3 membership we provide your insurance for you by processing your retreat through our organisation (meaning we handle of the transactional elements on your behalf). If you only want to host 1 retreat a year then you can have membership and accreditation for that retreat for just £797. If you want to host multiple retreats a year then maybe Level 2 or 3 is more suitable to you, saving you money the more retreats you host with us.

This means you comply with all seller of travel laws, your clients have peace of mind that they are fully covered personally and financially,your retreats are featured on our directory attracting you more bookings AND you have access to ongoing training, events and CPD to keep you at the leading edge of the retreat industry.
